All our tooling and production experience has been combined to create a Manufacturing system that gives us a decided edge over the competition.

Over 98% of the parts we produce are closed molded. We have developed a process that lets us build composite parts at a fast rate, from tooling that takes less than 6 weeks to build and costs less than open molds for the same quantity. The parts on average cost 1/2 to 2/3 of the open molded part. RTM and our own FAB molding processes allow us to achieve this.
